After the crusher breaks the bulk material into the desired feed particle size, the material is transferred to the storage bin by the bucket elevator. Then the electromagnetic vibrating feeder is evenly sent into the grinding chamber of the main machine. During the same rotation process between the blade and the grinding roller, the material is shoveled and fed into the roller roller ring to form a mat layer. The material is ground between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, thereby achieving the purpose of milling. The powder after the grinding is carried by the fan airflow to the analyzer to select the powder, and the fine powder that meets the fineness requirements enters the large cyclone collector along with the gas flow to separate and collect; and then discharged through the unloader is the finished powder. The air flow is sucked into the blower by the return air pipe at the upper end of the cyclone collector. Undesired powder is thrown away from the air flow by the blades and the coarse powder falls into the grinding chamber due to the effect of gravity.

The stone that meets the requirements enters the subsequent process for screening and cleaning, and the excessively granular stone returns to the impact crusher and breaks again. The broken material is sent to the vibrating screen for sieving by the conveyor belt, and different types of finished stone materials are sorted out. The machine sand enters the wheel type sand washer for cleaning, removes dust, and obtains high-quality machine-made sand.
